Lets go.

So, I have to make a disclaimer... I'm a terrible writer. I flunked writing in high school so setting high standards for this will probably leave you sadly disappointed.

My name is Elizabeth. I'm 21 years old and I live in Reidsville, North Carolina.. Well technically I don't live there, yet. But as of Tuesday the 27th at 5:35pm when I touch down I will be a resident there.

My sister and I thought it ideal to look up Reidsville on the internet.. So we turned on our computers and typed in Reidsville, North Carolina, to our surprise and excitement there was a town website. We were overjoyed! We clicked on one link after the other and with every click we got more and more excited about all the outdoor festivities and town functions that they had! (concerts in the park, fairs, pig races to name a few) We were lost in the world of Reidsville when all of a sudden, much to our dismay, we realized the town website hadn't been updated since like 2007...... so it looks like those concerts and fairs, etc. were way over and I had missed them by 8 years.

Enough about that for now.

Today was my last Friday in Southern California, you know what I did? Went to the dentist and dyed my sisters hair in the kitchen....
Btw for all you out there, I am a cosmetologist in my mind so I use my family as my guinea pigs and tell them I know what I'm doing... ;) Just kidding, I went to school for it... for a month.....
What was I saying..? Oh yeah, I dyed my sisters hair. I forwarned her I needed Vaseline for her hair line so I didn't dye her face but clearly based on her face now, she didn't have any.

All while I'm doing her hair (in the kitchen) my mom is sitting 15 feet away plucking away at her harp, you see my mom works at a university by day and is a rock star by night. She can pretty much out shine anyone on the piano and shes getting there on the harp.

Tomorrow night is Brad Paisley with my sister.... and her friend.....Should be an amazing concert, too bad I don't know any of his music and I have to sit by myself in a complete different section on the other side of the ampitheater. Guess I can't complain since I invited myself 30 seconds ago. Thankfully there were still tickets available the day before the concert... clearly it will be good. -_-

Did you know that if you shove your brush into your cheek it leaves dots on your face according to my sister.
Tomorrow during the day is a regularly scheduled ear mite check for the cats. Or cars. Depending on what your iphone autocorrects it too.

But anyway, this is the first of many posts for me... hopefully it will get better. If not and your still following me, thanks!
Let's go on the journey together.
Wish me luck people, I'm doing it the Reidsville way!
